Cancellation Policy
I understand life happens and we are all busy. I will respect your time and in return I ask that you respect mine. Please call or text 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If no call, text or no show, I will have to charge a 50% cancellation fee and will be added to the next rescheduled appointment. Please keep in mind that there are appointments after you, so if you’re going to be late then we may not have time to complete the full appointment or even worse have to reschedule which then I would have to charge the 50% cancellation fee. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
COVID-19 Procedures & Policies
I have completed extra certifications through Barbacide to ensure that your health and safety is my number one priority.
- Hand sanitizer will be available for clients.
- Your temperature will be taken as soon as you arrive.
- All clients must wear a face mask for the duration of their visit.
- Only clients who are receiving services are allowed in the salon.
- If you arrive early I ask that you please stay in your car until your scheduled appointment time. Text me to let me know you’ve arrived.
- I have added extra time in between clients to make sure the salon is properly sanitized and ready for the next client.
- All metal tools for Nails and Lashes are properly disinfected and sanitizied with Barbicide after each use.
- Disposable liners are used in the pedicure tub.
- Buffers and files are discarded after each service. The lash bed is covered with a new sheet before each client, and the bed is always sanitized afterwards.
- All bottles, chairs, tables, and beds are wiped down and sanitized after each use.
- Bathroom, doorknobs, waiting area chairs, frequently touched surfaces are disinfected every hour.
Most importantly, if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to Covid-19 please let me know and I can reschedule your appointment.
